I adopted a dog from the Bill Foundation. I was especially struck by the fact that this particular dog had a very bad case of Mange and was taken out of a shelter and was receiving treatment at a local Vet.....all funded by Bill Foundation. I adopted him partially hairless. His name is Percy and he is now 6 years old and is my constant loving companion! The people who run Bill F. are the most passionate and tireless workers for the placement of dogs in their forever homes !!!!!!
