When I lost my Macaw to Kidney disease, I called the sanctuary looking to adopt a companion parrot that needed a home rather than purchase one from a pet store. There are so many Parrots that need homes, I just wnated to help. And I wanted a Macaw. I got a call back right away. I was introduced to a few possibilities, to date I have made a decision and am waiting to get my new baby.
The Great!
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
not yet completely , so far so good.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
have a larger facility and have more fundraisers
More feedback
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
the adoption coordinator is fantastic
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very caring and devoted to the birds
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
build a great facility and hire more staff to work with the birds
Ways to make it better...
the adoption process wne t a little faster
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
funding
One thing I'd also say is that...
good diets, very clean, and very necessary as a service. Need more one on one attention to the birds.
How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
About every week
When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
