Review for Network for Responsible Public Policy, Ridgewood, NJ, USA
The Network for Responsible Public Policy serves the public in so many ways. They offer non-partisan talks on important and often confusing issues. These talks get to the heart of the matter in an era of modern spin and media maelstroms. The NFRRP is simply committed to educating the public. Here, speakers who are experts in their fields, educate and inform so that attendees can make educated and grounded decision that matter most to them. If it is a talk on the constitution, then the NFRRP gets scholars on the constitution. This is true for all topics: prison reform, environment or gerrymandering, among many others. These are not hysterical talking heads with a political agenda, but experts who know the details and can get to the facts. After attending an NFRRP event, everyone is more elevated on the matters at hand. FACTS MATTER. That should really be the name of this organization because it is the back bone of its mission. They offer these programs at no cost and they need to be recognized for providing a crucial service to their fellow citizens especially in these very polarized times.

Review for Acadia Center, Rockport, ME, USA
Environment Northeast makes change happen. They advocate and create policy change that benefits the general population. These are bright, conscientious people who fight for us to have fewer emmissions and environmental toxins through policy change. I have followed ENE for years and would like to see them expand their work further. I do hope they get the recognition they deserve. A truly wonderful not for profit.
