My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Grist Magazine, Inc., Seattle, WA, USA
In this broken world, it is difficult to keep one's head and chin up, no? In my courses, some students even call me Dr. Doom because of all the social, political, cultural and environmental problems I raise. So it is great to have a regular dose of Environmental Early Warning (that's EEW, for you not paying attention) that manages to maintain good humor. That's my GRIST. Their reporting keeps my spirits up and provides great data for teaching.

The ways my students can use their data in learning critical thinking about the environment.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The way they maintain humor in the face of so much that is wrong.
