have a better,larger, maybe multiple locations, with more staff that would be able to recover more supplies and then be able to send them to more needy people!! Any one have a spare 10 million...?

it were warmer (but I understand the goal of saving money on heat)
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
lack of funding, which directly relates to not enough staff, and not making as big of an impact as it could if it was able to financially.
