This program and the workers have no patience in working with the soldiers. They constantly hassled me for a date after I told them I was waiting on orders for a seperation date. I cant force the military to give me this information while going threw the medical board process. When I called the transition manager half of the time I didnt get to speak with her because someone else delivered the message like asking what was our business with this person. I mean come on now they now how to call u but the minute u call them with an issue and want to talk with your transition manager u cant. Im very disappointed with their communication and impatience. So where is the suppoert the troops part come in at.
