I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
They are doing incredible job of helping poor people in india with their eye care needs for free. They are building eye hospitals, performing free eye care surgery and have mobile care that goes into rural palces in India and take care of needy.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I think I wouldnt change anything since this organization run by self motivated individuals, who want to help others.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The fun, experience of fulfilment working for a cause. The experience of being a part of an organization that take care of people in need.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
Everyone is energetic and enthusiastic. They are always ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have seen them making a heartfell appeal to potential donors. Some of them are very emotional and believe in their work.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
It could do wonders. Approximately 87% of the money raised in the US goes directly to the blind in India. They have increased free eye surgeries in India, up from 8,000 annually to its current rate of 56,000 annually, just in a few short years.
Ways to make it better...
They organize more charity (fund raising) events
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Visibility, relatively they are unknown to many people
One thing I'd also say is that...
They should try increase the awarness of others about the problems.
