Review for SECOND CHANCE ANIMAL RESCUE, Boardman, OH, USA
This shelter is so well run. The animals are healthy looking, the place is very clean. You can see how much the volunteers and the President care for these animals. They run on a small budget, yet there is nothing they will not do to help a cat.
