Review for Hope Stone, Inc, Houston, TX, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I began working as a teaching artist as soon as I could after meeting the President & CEO, Jane Weiner. Her care of people radiates throughout this organization and is what motivates her to provide arts education for underserved populations. I teach Hope Stone's intergenerational theatre class, which has been a resounding success, with both teenagers and senior citizens saying it is the highlight of their week.

The first time I took class at Hope Stone I left thinking "I just found my people". The art created is excellent, but more importantly it is used to grow people and connect them to each other.
