The YP Foundation
October 13, 2009
I have seen members and staff of YP Foundation active during the International Conference on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific as coordinators of group discussions, responsible for developing and presenting a youth statement, and networking during ICAAP for youth issues. They were all very pro-active, positive, knowledgeable and wonderful people to work with. Since then, we have maintained contact through e-mail and are currently exploring further opportunities for collaboration to strengthen youth participation and peer education initiatives in India. YP Foundation is really a youth-led youth organisation that is highly professional in its quality of work.
I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
supporting capacity building of young people and youth advocacy at the International Conference on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific (ICAAP), August 2009.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
truly amazing. Very positive, knowledgeable, pleasant people to learn from and work with.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
do a lot of good for young people in India!
How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
When was your last experience with this nonprofit?
Professional with expertise in this field & I worked together with them during the International Conference on AIDS in Asia and the Pacific and requested them to coordinate and present a youth statement at a Special Session on HIV Prevention through Health and Sexuality Education in Schools.
