I had heard wonderful things about Aim High from friends who had taught there. As an early and then mid-professional experience it was inspiring. I was able to connect with excellent teachers and excited students which created a fertile ground for innovative classes.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
inspiring. Some were people with over a decade of experience and others were just out of the middle school program themselves. Everyone's ideas were valued and contributed to a inclusive environment.
Ways to make it better...
there were breaks for faculty built into the day. It is intensive work and a break provides a rest but also an opportunity to bond and talk with other faculty in off times.
