I called to inquire about rescuing a parakeet and spent time talking with De. She asked me questions that helped not only her but myself realize how open I was to adopting a parrot. She introduced me to Taz, a nine year old quaker parrot who has brought such a joy to my household. I feel so thankful that De made such a wonderful match. She is a very gifted and caring individual. The bird world is lucky to have her.
