The greatest cat shelter EVER! Two and a half years ago, I started volunteering 1 day a week - within two months, I was volunteering 2 days a week! I have seen so many wonderful cats and kittens get adopted from this shelter. The staff and volunteers love each and every cat and kitten - no matter the age, disability, etc. and it shows in the personalities and dispositions of the cats. All of the cats/kittens are truly loved and cared for but a shelter does not replace a loving home. Our goal is two-fold: place every cat and kitten in a forever home; and educate the world about spay/neuter. This shelter is a cat lover's dream come true. Please come visit our little paradise - you may find the "love of your life"!

My husband and I adopted a 6 year old male cat, Barney, from this Shelter. He is a big, lovable white cat (resembles a small polar bear!) who gives his "mom and dad" great amounts of love and laughter and shows us evey day that he is so happy we adopted him. We are so lucky and happy to have him in our lives. P.S. There are many more "Barneys" at this Shelter who are waiting for their "mom/dad" to take them home.
Ways to make it better...
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
The facility is old and in need of many repairs. The Shelter exists on donations and fundraisers. A new facility would be a dream come true; however, we would be happy to receive sufficient funds to make needed repairs and add a few upgrades to the existing Shelter.
