Review for Cat Network, Inc., Miami, FL, USA
Great organization the works tireless to promote spay and neuter programs. I've had many stray cats spayed or neutered through the Cat Networks cat mobile or discount certificate program. Its a great way for citizens to get involved with reducing animal overpopulation but without all the financial burden falling on them.
