Be very careful with this organization. It is a sole proprietorship masquerading as a non-profit. It has no funding from sources other than what it charges for immigration services. This in itself is a violation of the BIA accreditation that they are so proud of. Catholic Charities is a much more reputable source of info for immigration services and Tyler also has 3-4 good immigration lawyers.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Require that they charge fees that are subsidized by fund raising. Also have a legitamate board that makes decisions instead of deferring all decisions to a ED without accountability.
Professional with expertise in this field & I received counseling services from their "lawyers".
