Although the director claims that you get treated for sexual addiction through ARC, I found the program to introduce tools to help me stay sober. The program is divided into three phases. After the first phase, I was placed in a small group of men with a CSAT, which served as a weekly accountability group as well as support group.
We were given various homework assignments and exercises to learn more about ourselves and the origins of our addictions.

I stayed sober during my two and a half years through the program. I learned things about myself I never would have learned anywhere else. However, like anything else, you have to keep practicing what you learn to get recovery. There is no cure for sexual addiction, so I did not expect to get cured by the end of the program. I am a recovering sex addict. Nevertheless, I recommend ARC for anyone who struggles with lust and sex and cannot control it.

The therapist I worked with was disorganized and lacked administrative skills. I have seen a few therapists in my lifetime, and all of them seem to be this way. Probably goes with the territory. I recommend therapists get administrative assistants to take care of the paperwork so therapists can focus on therapy.
