I have volunteered with the Project Sales program each session. This valuable program provides great job skills training for victims of DV. I've really enjoyed working with the program participants and I think they've taught me as much as I've taught them. I had the opportunity to serve as a mentor for participants and provide classroom instruction for one topic, it was a really rewarding experience. Project Safe does an excellent job of empowering both their clients and their volunteers. Overall, this is an organization that provides a needed service and is making great positive changes in our community.
