Review for Operation Gratitude Inc, Chatsworth, CA, USA
So I get these every once in a while. They are often packed with lots of candy. We all tend to share and pass stuff around, and eventually, everyone has something they want, so nothing goes to waste. The toiletries, etc. are helpful. Some people need them, some don't.
What I find interesting and sometimes cute, are the little stuffed critters that come in the packages. I got one of Little Foot from the Land Before Time, which is one of my favorite childhood movies. So he has a spot at my desk.
In a more recent package, I got this stuffed chicken...
He'll get used, oh yes that he will. He's a stuffed chicken, so I think it goes without say that his fate shall be terminal.
Actually, unwanted stuffies help save lives. We have often attached them to various devices, where from they dangle, and trigger unwanted explosions that might have otherwise cost life or limb of another service member. They are quite useful.
So rest assured that nothing in a care package goes to waste.
