Operate a shelter at 741 wetmore road to care for stray cats and kittens. Approximately 300 cats are cared for at any given time. Nearly 1,000 cats are adopted to loving homes each year. See statement on schedule othe organization receives the free use of 3,200 square feet of building space provided by rainbow development corporation through a lease arrangement. The association uses this building space to conduct a portion of its program services. The value of the office space provided for year 2014 was $28,800. This amount is recognized on the audited financial statements as revenue and there is a direct offsetting expense, per gaap requirements. For form 990 purposes, per the instructions, these amounts have not been included in the above figures of expenses and revenue.
