Programs: Worksafe is a California based non-profit organization dedicated to promoting safe and healthy jobs through education, training, technical and legal assistance, and advocacy. We are dedicated to improving working conditions for workers in all industries. Our legal aid support services program provides advocacy, technical and legal assistance and training to legal aid programs throughout California who directly serve California's most vulnerable low-wage workers. We also produce multilingual fact sheets and trainings to inform workers of their rights. In 2013, Worksafe marked its 30th anniversary. That’s 30 years of advocating for health and safety on the job. 30 years of standing with workers fighting for their basic rights. 30 years of watchdogging government agencies, testifying at key hearings, and pushing back against industry spin with facts and figures from the frontlines of worker struggles.
