My name is Rick Miller and I am the husband of founder Toby Miller. I was reading on the Guide Star page that the legitimacy of this organization is unknown. Toby, 52, served in Russia (twice), Mexico (4 or 5 times), Peru, Kenya, US including Alaska.

Wheels of Love has shut down. Our goal was to use the provision of wheel chairs in order to facilitate the spreading of the Gospel message. Jesus Christ is Lord, we are saved by grace, through faith, not by works. "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God...and the Word became flesh and dwelt among men" (John 1:1-14).

Toby is now dying of cancer and it is with much sorrow that we had to shut down Wheels of Love, "Where's a Wheel There's a Way!"

If at all possible, I plan to re-open Wheels of Love after Toby goes to be with the Lord.

May you know the joy of knowing the Lord,
