Villa Del Norte Apartments Inc

We have lived her for 30 years and it has just gotten worse. Ida, the front receptionist is rude as hell. They do not come and fix any problems we may have. We are on a "waiting list" to get the apartment "remodeled " it looks as if the restroom, which by the way is on the second floor is going to collapse. How about we dont pay rent until the remodeling is actually done! The landscaping is horrible the outside of all the apartments is horrible and need to be repainted. It's just horrible

I am a resident here at villa del norte apartments. Everytime I call the office to report a problem in my apartment the lady in the office never wants to send maintenance to my apartment it always takes forever. The lady's in the office are very disrespectful. Maintenance doesn't really ever do their job. We are suppose to have background checks to live here well the lady that works in the office lives here while shes bot suppose to and has a son with a bad background and he lives here also. I've lived here for a year and in this year my toilet has been leaking and I've called several times my hot water runs out fast and it's a new water heater. My air conditioner blows hot air and I've called 2 times today to let them know and still nothing till tomorrow if even that. The rant can just go on and on. In the end I think this wI am a resident here at villadel norte apartments.
