Causes: Health, Home Health Care, Hospices, Human Services
Mission: We provide medical treatment and support for terminally ill patients and their families. Services are provided regardless of a patient's ability to pay.
Programs: Hospice care: provides family-centered, compassionate end-of-life care, including pain management and symptom control, to those in need of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Grief counseling: provides family grief counseling and support for at least one year following death, and ongoing bereavement support groups for the entire community.
home health: provides palliative care to homebound, terminally ill individuals who are pursuing curative, life-prolonging treatments.
