For the fiscal year ended december 31, 2014, the institute's providers provided approximately 509,000 patient encounters of which approximately 471,000 were billable visits to over 90,000 individual users.

The residency programs builds on the comprehensivness of family practice with an emphasis on the particular needs of the medically underserved community. The institute currently trains the family physician residents of beth israel hospital at our 16th street site. In addition, the institute has their own residency program located in their upstate sites and their site in harlem.
