Mission: The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, or scientific purposes, including, but not limited to, (i) to fund and support the texas a&m university rodeo club, (ii) to fund and support scholarships for members of the texas a&m university rodeo team, (iii) to support and promote the texas a&m university rodeo team and its participation in the sport of college rodeo through the national intercollegiate rodeo association, (iv) to support the completion of a four year university degree by any member of the texas a&m university rodeo club or the texas a&m university rodeo team and (v) to conduct other activities, not in contravention of the laws of the state of texas, necessary or appropriate to carry out the foregoing purposes.
