Mission: Sustainable surf acts as a catalyst to help transform both the surf culture and surfing industry into the ultimate expression of the sustainable lifestyle in the modern world.
Programs: Ecoboard project - promoted the use of sustainable construction materials for the production of surf equipment.
community education/deep blue life program-provides sustainability education to surfers to help them reduce their personal impact on the ocean. Such as reducing waste and increasing recycling, reducing energy and water use, and using alternative transportation with a lower carbon footprint.
waste to waves - encouraged recycling of lots of different waste materials into new, eco-friendlier surfing products.
