Mission: The mission of suncoast pace, inc, is to provide a program of the all-inclusive care of the elderly which includes medical and non-medical services to those persons who are in need of assistance, to advance the accessibility and quality of the services provided, and to improve the health of the elderly population in pinellas county through our pace program.
Programs: Suncoast pace (program of the all-inclusive care for the elderly) provides a full range of home and health care services to seniors 55 years of age or older. Pace allows its participants to continue to live in their homes and maintain their independence. The program offers primary & specialty medical care, adult day center services, hospitalization & emergency care, nutritious meals, in-home support and care, physical occupational & speech therapies, transportation and pharmacy services. In addition to medical services and therapies, there are numerous activities and opportunities to socialize. Its goal is to keep the men and women it serves living safely in their own homes or together with their families for as long as possible, maintaining independence and quality of life. At september 30, 2017, 300 participants were being served by this program.
