Mission: The mission of spay today is to provide low-cost sterilization services as the non-lethal solution to stray, unwanted, and abandoned pets; therefore reducing the pet overpopulation in eastern nc.
Programs: Low cost spay/neuter services are offered; targeting primarily low income families and animal rescue groups. Work has also been done to increase public awareness of the importance of surgical sterilization for the well being of their pets.
