Mission: SCWIB provides workforce development opportunities and resources in an eight county region of Pennsylvania. The agenct oversees six PA CareerLink offices for job seekers and employers as defined in the federal Workforce Invest-ment Act. The SCWIB focuses on contracting with programs that anable employees, dislocated workers, welfare EAR participants, and youth master the job skill competencies required by employers.
