This organization has been very promising to its community of Friends in Need. They were more supportive at this time of the pandemic. Many Friends in Need were given assistance for food and financial aid through this origination. They are very resourceful.

The Society of St Vincent de Paul is an Amazing Nonprofit as it assists those in need. For me as a Vincentian, I am able to give of my time and resources to assist the friend in need. The people in need become our friends as we listen to them and try to assist them by giving them our best advise, our best resources so that they too can help themselves, we not only give the fish, but give the tools to be able to fish.

The Society focuses on helping friends in need, for certain. The operations of the Thrift Stores, Cardinal Manning Center for homeless men, and their Camp along with 137 active Conferences of Charity supporting families in their local communities is truly impressive. I am also aware that the board is very conscious about making and keeping the organization financially healthy and sustainable, so that everyone can continue to help people in need for many, many years to come.
