Mission: To provide an energetic medium of communication for saratogans to express and view the diversified talents and interests within the community, being freely available to the public, their schools, and their government.
Programs: Ksar records and airs saratogas city council meetings and planning commission meetings. These city meetings services the citizens of saratoga via comcast. However, these meetings are also available to anyone on line and via att. There are about 45 such meetings during the course of the year. Ksar offers the citizens of saratoga a three camera, hd tv studio to record their programs. Programs recorded in the ksar tv studio, are usually aired on comcast (to the citizens of saratoga) and also available to anyone on line and via att.
