Mission: Recycled treasures assists the community by selling furniture and household items at a low cost to the public and fills referrals from area agencies for individuals and families who are recovering from an emergency.
Programs: The recycled treasures shop assists hundreds of local families via low cost basic household items. In 2016, over 30 families received free used mattresses, stoves, refrigerators and washer/dryers. We fill referrals for those recovering from emergencies by supplying furniture and appliances, along with various household necessities. In 2016, we began providing furniture to homeless veterans who have secured housing assistance.
