I was given a list of counseling non profits to call by my lender. Quick cert was the first I called on the list. I made an appointment, but because they couldn't schedule me quickly enough I called another nonprofit to see if I could get my certification sooner. I found out that the government gave all of these nonprofits funds to offer their services for free. I took their offer, and called Quick Cert back the same day to cancel. I didn't find out until my credit card statement came that Quick Cert still charged me $125 for a service I never received. Calling them for a refund fell on deaf ears, as I found out the same thing happened to dozens of other unsatisfied customers.
This is a horrible place that took the government money to provide free services, but still charged, and also kept my money after I called to cancel. Just horrible people who don't answer their phones.
Very rude staff. For a place supposed to provide housing advice, they are very rude. Would never recommend them to anyone.
