A no-kill shelter for every kind of cat! Even the sick, the blind and the crippled, no kitty is turned away. Every cat is given a name and 24 hours a day of love and care. Rick and Chrissy live for their shelter cats, literally, all day every day. It's truly a house of love.

Never have I met such caring, thoughtful people. What a heart for animals! They are the picture of self sacrifice and love.

This is a great cause run by great people. Rick and Chrissy dedicate their whole lives to the cats and love them like they are their children. 5 Stars!

Rick and Chrissy Kingston are two truly amazing and wonderful people. They have opened up their home and lives with Puffy Paws Kitty Haven, which serves the special needs kitties and those that would have otherwise been euthanized in the Englewood Florida area, and often beyond its borders. The place is truly amazing and is run entirely by Rick and Chrissy. It is kept impeccably clean and the cats in their care are kept healthy with regular vet care. These cats are being lovingly cared for and appreciated as they live out their remaining time on this earth - often rescued from what would have been a living hell or worse. I give to this charity whenever possible and I don't even live in Englewood, FL. I am proud to be a supporter of Puffy Paws Kitty Haven.

This haven does a wonderful job in helping unwanted cats. The cats are given a home & cared for in their every need. Rick & Chrissy love each & every one of the cats. They often put the cats needs over & above their own. The cats are well fed & all of their health needs are taken care of by the Haven. The haven provides a loving home to cats who would have no where else to go.

They take in the "lost causes" kitties that no one else wants. They will accept all kitties in need. They provide a humane option to suffering and neglect. Excellent ofganization

These are real cats that needs the help of others. I think that they are a wonderful organization. All of the money raised goes for the care of the cats.

Puffy Paws does what a lot of shelters won't do. Rick & Chrissy take very good care of the fur babies- wonderful facilities; just like home. They work day and night to give these kitties the love, attention and care.

They take in kitties who have nowhere to go. They give homes for these poor innocent babies and that's just incredible. I wish I could do the same thing and someday I hope to save so many kitties who deserve love and comfort and cats just deserve the world. Thank you Puffy Paws for helping these sweet kitties in Need! I do cat rescue for homeless cats thru out the city. Some of my babies have been positive for feline leukemia which is very hard to get them a home.puffy paws has always been there to help vet them and give them a forever home.i don't know what I would have done with out their help in a lot of situations.. They work very hard 24/7 cleaning and feeding and raising money to feed and give daily medical attention to these cats. Rick and Chrissy deserve the metal of honor as far as I am concerned.Thank you for saving them all and always being there!

They are most blessed humans on earth to do something like this to the special needs cats and all the cats they have,they feed them good and they take care of them they also provide better shelter than some of those people who abandoned them and also they pay all the vets and everything what else needs to be better they have better life for those cats than anyone could give no one deserves to be put to sleep so they help them live with all the means they could.

Puffy Paws is a wonderful place for those kitties who would otherwise not be taken care of. The dedication of the staff to the well-being and comfort of all the cats in their care, along with the unending love they give to all of their charges is an inspiration to not only cat lovers, but animal lovers everywhere. It's very apparent to me that Puffy Paws does what a lot of shelters won't do for abandoned animals, which is why I donate whenever I can. Bless them and all they do.

These people go way out of there way to help these animals needing Help, and to the best of my knowledge never ever turn down any animal (mainly Cats) that needed a loving home and some food. They take the best of care, I mean just look inside the Home where the Cats live, it is immaculate, clean, and a endless sight of healthy Cats in every room of the home.
The fact they never turn down an animal, you can bet the food cost are very high and they always show the food and receipts every week and it is a tremendous amount of Food and lets not forget Cat sand and trips to the Vet.

I really love Puffy Paws Kitty Haven because they are really dedicated to caring for kitties that would otherwise have been euthanized because they were considered unadoptable. They are an awesome group that does an outstanding job caring and advocating for these fur babies, and giving them the life they deserve.

We have donated several times to Puffy Paws as they do great job helping the cats.

I’ve been following, and donating, for about 3 years now. They are transparent with the costs of their purchases for the rescue, and TIRELESS in their attention and care for these unwanted kitties. Very few rescues take on FIV, or worse, FELV cats. They are usually euthanized immediately. To Chrissie and Rick, ALL KITTIES have a right to humane and loving care. They roam a normal house, with no cages, and it is evident in livestream that they are happy and well cared for. The few times I’ve donated, the amount was correct and showed up correctly on my statement as to whom the donation went to. There is NOONE ELSE who takes care of these needy kitties like they do. They are often in my prayers, because if they’re not there, those kitties would die because no one else would take them.

I am a multiple-time donor of this wonderful rescue. It is the only rescue that I have ever known who gives a home to this many special needs cats. It is tragic that they have go to the general public for donations. There is little support from anyone in the local community. The cats receive the best of care and attention. They are phenomenal people and I recommend everyone who can, please donate!

As an animal rescuer myself, I see this rescue doing such amazing work taking care of the kitties. Their financials are an open book. Receipts for expenses are posted.

Puffy Paws is amazing, Rick and Chrissy are truly wonderful human beings. They have dedicated their lives to helping give a loving home to cats that nobody else seems to want. I love Puffy Paws Kitty Haven. They have wonderful facilities and caring staff members, the kitties are always very well taken care of in an ambient environment. This haven is one of its kind and does such important work.

This is a great rescue. The cats are loved and very well cared for! The place is very clean and odor free. I love how they show expenses and are open! They will always have my support

My concern is their marketing model makes them look bad. They started a gofundme request asking for 25k because a hurricane was coming. WHO DOES that? They say they list and show all their cost and that it cost over 30k for them to operate. WHY? 4k food mthly. where is the other 26k going? I asked and got no answers. Transparency means showing everything down to the dime.

puffy paws kitty haven is the best non profit there is. they take in all kinds of kitties. they should have a 5 star rating or higher [if possible]..I don't know why people are being so negative.

They do soo much for these fur babies. The love and hard work that goes into Puffy Kitty is why I donate.

I have been supporting this one of a kind cat rescue for sometime. Recently I got curious..and out of character for me asked permission to come meet a cat I favor there. To my surprise, after scheduling issues on all fronts I was granted a very rare private view into Puffy Paws inner workings.
I got to meet a gray soft tabby named Whaler..a fellow I had fallen in love with some time ago. I was informed of his shyness with strangers, however he clearly sensed my admiration and empathy and chose to stay quietly beside me.
The rooms I visited were clean looking and clean smelling. The interior was shabby sheek..but so fitting and so inviting for cats. There was classic high/low perches for them providing a degree of privacy for the shy or not interested. Rick knew every name, their likes and dislikes, quirks, natures etc. Christy is a woman on a mission. Other a very warm greeting and a thanks for the goodies I had offered, she never stopped moving. Rick was sort of stuck with me, and he rose to the challenge. He told me of plans for the future things they were doing to make things better for the cats and it was brave undertakings he described. Always keeping the betterment of the cats as the focus.
There is nothing like this wonderful hospice to be found anywhere, and how sad is that.Old dogs, the infirmed, the cast offs, unwanted, have champions amongst us. Why then does the cat, the one pet we must relate to on their level, not have such champions?

I have been following and donating to Puffy Paws for awhile now. This place is a God send for those precious kitties who would have nothing else if it weren't for Puffy Paws. Chrissy gives her all for these little fur babies. Please help them and donate to this wonderful haven.

I've been following Puffy Paws for a couple of years now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about their rescue. You can see the love, hardwork and dedication that Chrissy and Rick put into saving the lives of these babies and they do it all on their own! That's true sold out dedication and passion in my eyes. I'm just a cat lover who can donate as resources allow but I will always support Puffy Paws with prayers and a positive word. Keep on saving lives.

Puffy Paws Kitty Haven is a wonderful sanctuary. I wish I could do more for them. They are caring for 200 kitties that are supposedly 'unadoptable' and would normally be put to sleep. They exist on a week-to-week basis. The owners do not take a salary and all money goes towards the cats' upkeep. Their books are open for all to see. They truly are The Greatest Cathouse in the World. They deserve all the money that the public donates and they recieve nothing from the Government. If you can donate anything I highly recommend Puffy Paws.

Puffy Paws is quite litterally the Worlds Best Cat House! They care for every one of the cats and kittens that come to them, they do this without profit and without local support. There are many wonderful organizations but Puffy Paws is by far the best for caring for the otherwise unadoptable cats and kittens who would be put down if in a kill shelter.
This two purrson crew works day and night to give these kitties the love, attention, needs, and wants, all without a second thought to themselves. Awesome group! Paws up for Puffy Paws!

This is a great charity that saves cats who would normally lose their lives in shelters, deemed unadoptable. They save blind, deaf, and otherwise disabled cats as well as cats who have tested positive for FIV, FeLV, etc., and let them live out their lives in a comfortable, clean and beautiful environment with lots of love given to them.
