Causes: Single Parent Agencies
Mission: Our mission is to assist low-income families including teen parents and single parents to achieve personal and economic self-sufficiency for themselves and their children.
Programs: The self-sufficiency programs offer approximately 1,800 low income single parents, displaced homemakers, 2 parent families and single adults, case management and counseling services including social service referrals, career assessment counseling, job training and job placement services, parenting classes, support groups, child care, transportation, legal assistance, a food pantry, a working women's wardrobe and limited financial assistance.
project self-sufficiency provides a quality low cost day-care program, little sprouts, early learning center, at its campus. The center is open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm daily and is licensed for a maximum of 83 students.
