Results: PRIDE Industries Foundation has supported employment services for more than 2,000 people with disabilities. In the past year, contributions to PRIDE Industries Foundation: - Helped more than 170 people with disabilities—including veterans and at-risk youth—become employment-ready by providing more than 2,300 hours of job preparation and placement services - Enabled more than 50 youth and veterans with disabilities to gain valuable work experience through 6,419 hours of paid internships - Invested in technical skills training classes at PRIDE’s major military base locations, helping 150 people with significant disabilities earn certifications and prepare for advancement - Supported employment success for more than 130 people with disabilities by funding 2,182 hours of job-coaching services - Funded 2,732 trips to/from work for 42 people with disabilities where the lack of transportation excluded employment opportunity - Underwrote equipment purchases that help PRIDE employ 100 people with disabilities - Helped people with disabilities keep their jobs by funding emergency employee supports

Target demographics: PRIDE Industries Foundation supports services for people with disabilities, including developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, mental illness, and others. We have special programs targeted to serving at-risk youth, including youth coming out of the foster care system, and veterans.
