Mission: Porter-starke services is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life within our communities.
Programs: Outpatient clinic: the clinic provides mental health and addiction treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. The treatment provided includes crisis intervention, short term counseling, medication manaagement, group theray and educatinal services.

community support services: this program provides a means by which chronically mentally ill patients may find successful adjustments in the community and help avoid long-term facilities. Community support services provides several types of programs such as case management, group supervised living, adult day treatment, semi-independent living and supervised transition living. `
other program services - these programs include admissions, experiential therapy, integrated care, opioid, child case management, fqhc center, child alternative school, child day treatment and mro services.
