Programs: Interlude restorative suites is a new generation of transitional care that provides post-acute care patients with a clinically advanced yet soothing environment in which to transition from hospital to home. Focused on hospitality, wellness and service delivered in a resort, spa-like environment; this center specializes in customized, high-quality, technologically advanced rehabilitation and recovery programs designed to reach optimal levels of individual health and ability. A smooth transition back to home is the goal for each guest. Located in fridley, minnesota, interlude provided care for 929 clients during fiscal year 2017.
