The peer support specialists have exhibited racist, classist and ageist actions. When told of the harmful actions, they refused to take accountability and acted in an unprofessional instead of recipocal nature. They used isolation tactics via gossiping within the group. They kick clients out of the community calls with no warning or reason. They treat people who don't agree with them like criminals. They infantizes mental ill and/or mad people and steal our agency. Peer support space infantizes people with mood disorders and demonizes people with personality disorders. They also weaponizes their identities to hide from accountability and gaslight other marginalized people as well as form "allies" with black people to tokenize them.
