What a mess! Booked an appointment online (recommended way to book), selected the correct categories for my dog and selected day and location, paid the $65 deposit. Received confirmation with all info correct. The next day got a vm saying there was nothing available and would have to be scheduled for later in the month. I based going out of town and had already made all arrangements based on confirmation of his surgery. Oh - after the vm? I still could have gone on their site and booked the exact same day and location and dog gender/size and the system would have easily taken another non-refundable deposit. Finally got through and was given the option of refund or transfer deposit to a different location (an hour away). Since I had made arrangements I was stuck. The Jupiter staff were great btw and I was happy with them. In the rush to get a drugged up dog out of there, I didn't realize that they never credited me with the $65 deposit until I got home and saw that i had overpaid. Multiple phone calls have not been returned, including the last one to the general manager stating that i would have to put in a chargeback with Paypal and report them to the state. It's a shame, they offer a needed service, and based on Jupiter staff, provide good service but the WPB staff and location? Complete disorganized mess. Won't donate to them. They need to get their act together.

I've been going to the West Palm Beach for many years and was never treated so horrible like it was today 3/6/2024. The owner/manager, Karla and her "witness staff", Pablo approached my daughter and I falsely accusing us of recording and supposedly taking photos of staffs. I informed them multiple times that it was not true, and that the allegation was false. I requested to file a complaint, but Pablo stated, "this is not a court". I was wrongly accused, talked down to in front of my child, felt fully intimidated by both. My daughter was in total shock having a male with such tone of voice talking down to us. The manager/owner, Karla voice was escalating so high that I told her that her tone of voice was escalating. She threated me not to services my pets anymore (for a false allegation). I nonstop informed her that it was false and that she can confront that "supposedly staff" in front of us. I gave both fully consent to check our phones which were on top of the table facing down as proof that we have never done such thing. Both refused. I was so uncomfortable, and I told Karla and Pablo that I was feeling uncomfortable with their tone of voice. Karla replied, "oh well so you know how our staffs feel." I have never in my life mistreated any staffs or recorded or taken any photo of any medical or vet office staffs (not sure why they assumed that). That would be stupid and ridicules. This manager/owner, Karla and her male witness staff, Pablo which she used to intimidate my teenage child and me were unprofessional. After going 10yrs at that facility, I would never recommend it to anyone after the way my daughter and I was treated and intimidated.

Unfortunately, they do have great vets but the staff that falsely accused us was very unprofessional. It get worst. Karla event stated that supposedly something similar occurred about 2yrs ago, which again it was false. It was denied for me to put a complaint against both manager/owner, Karla, the male witness staff, Pablo and of course the staff (which I still do know who it was) falsely accused my child and I. I even show them that my phone flashes when I get a notification which during the time that both were talking down to me and making feel very uncomfortable happened to flash when my phone was down on the table. Again, I offered them non-stop consent to check my daughter's and mine phones, and they refused but were very quickly in treating us horribly and falsely accusing us with a strong tone of voice. They did not care if they were wrongfully accusing us. They just talked down and told us that they will not services us anymore. Surely both need people skills and customer services training. They need to stop intimidating and threating customers for false accusation. Surely this will be the last time I will spend $609 at that location. Yessss, $609 I spent. I don't even know the result of my pet lab work because I was so upset when the Vet was providing the information that I just wanted to leave the office. Again, they have great vets. Unfortunately, there are staffs like Karla and Pablo who take their title to intimidate, threat and false accuse customers made that experience the worst.

I honestly have no idea why people criticise them.
I only have positive things to say. Always treated with respect and compassion. All my concerns are addressed and it’s all about the animals. They are a charity!
None profit!
You may, on occasion have to wait a while, but they are doing their best!
Where would we be without them?
That’s the worrying thing. I will always support them anyway I can!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR FUR BABIES! I have been a client of Paws 2 Help for over 12 years. I have taken numerous pets there. It has changed so much since their humble beginnings! They started as caring, compassionate people willing to care for animals for reasonable costs. I noticed changes in my sweet dog's breathing and took him to them in Dec. Mind you they have been treating him since he was 4 mths old, and he was about to turn 10. I drove 3 hrs that morning(Jan 2023) because my dog was obviously in distress. I did not however know how serious it was because in Dec, I was told his blood test was perfect, but changes in his breathing were probably just allergies. After 350.00 in Dec I took him home with allergy pills. So I arrive 9 a.m., told the desk I think this might be an emergency, Im scared. She put him us in the room pretty quick, but the doctors did not come quite as quickly. As soon as the first doctor came he started getting condecsending about a heartworm test that he recommended last mth(Dec). Instead of saying, something like omgsh it appears your dog needs oxygen etc., he begins arguing with me, I am crying, saying could you just figure out what is going on, trying to ask him questions about the test he is insisting I give to my dog. He threw his hands up, and refused to help me. The next Doc came in with an attitude also. Saying something like you are refusing what the first Doc says....I never refused anything!!!! I had gone to my daughters vet in Jax 6 days before and had the test there that they were screaming about, and said please I can have her email the results. He refused to listen to me when I said there us no heartworms it was negative. He screamed I'm not going to believe what you say!!!! He left the room and screamed, "I want her out of here!" They push all of these tests and if you dare question anything they begin to get irrate. I certainly wasnt against tests for my precious pup! I had entrusted his care to them for 10 yrs! I rushed home for them....my vets.....to help my baby boy. They never looked at him and threw me out after going there all of those years. The Doctors of Paws 2 Help have a "God complex" and you cannot even ask questions. It makes them feel threatened. Then one of the managers came to escort me out saying theres nothing they could do for me. I asked for his records and she wouldnt let us stay in the room and my baby could bately stand up. I had to leave, hysterically crying and find another vet. I had to call and beg for his records to be emailed. They never, EVER answer theirs phones but two people did call back that day. Amazing! The new vet immediately looked at my boy and said let me start him on oxygen bc I see that he is struggling, then she suggested an x-ray(not a heartworm test) It turns out that his lungs were full of tumors and sadly he passed away in her office. I regret EVER entrusting his sweet, loving, precious life to those monsters at Paws. He had an entire morning of stress while he was struggling to hold on. He should have had a quiet peaceful good bye. The new vet was calm, caring, and compassionate in the career that she had chosen. She let me stay with him as long as I needed. The Paws Doctors do not care about animals, only their ego's and making money. Dont let them lie and tell you that this story us not true, because I've seen that they try to dispute every negative review. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else....for the love of your babies. Also they place a one star automatically, they deserve no stars!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS VET CLINIC! They are complete liars and try to scam you out of money after you’ve already been given an estimate and waited 6 weeks for an appt for a service that your pet needs. I was told this bullshit made up fee was indicated on their website and I should know to check a website for a hidden fee?! Another scamming vet clinic who like to take advantage of people when they are in need. Not only do they lie they make you wait 3 hours for appointments to not even give your pet the correct medicine and charge you for X-rays that aren’t needed! Tell me does any see a “impact fee” on this estimate like they claimed it was?! No because they are liars and can’t own up when a mistake is made, they like to make the customer feel like they are wrong and can’t by on another miscellaneous charge added. To people that are on a budget $150 is not an easy find.

I had a very bad experience with Paws 2 Help in Jupiter. I took a kitten I rescued to Paws 2 Help in Jupiter because the $35 appointment fee was in line what I could afford, but it's true what they say that you get what you pay for. I drove an hour to this location and since I was a walk-in I was told there would be a 2 hour wait for an appointment, which is understandable since they were accommodating me. However, after the two hour wait for an appointment I ended up waiting another 2+ hours to be seen, and they weren't even busy. Even the staff was arguing among themselves with one staff member asking the others, "why is this chart from 9:30 AM still here?", and saying if they were that customer they would be upset that they had to wait so long for a shot. Anyway, when the vet finally saw my cat they tried to push for all of these other things that they wanted me to do meanwhile ignoring the reason I was there, which was the kitten has ringworms that needed to be treated. When I brought the ringworm back to the vet's attention she said, "why do you think he has ringworms?", even though you could visibly tell. She didn't think he had ringworm, but she put him under the lamp anyway and he glowed green from the ringworms. So then she says, "oh, he does have ringworms", acting as though she was in complete shock. Then she said, "well, ringworms are self contained and it usually resolves itself". She clearly did not know what she was talking about, as everyone knows ringworms are highly contagious and spread even to humans. She wasn't going to give me anything, but because I insisted ended up giving me a medicated shampoo. Flash forward to 2 weeks later, my kitten not only still have ringworms, but I had gotten ringworms from the kitten, and he was covered in even more ringworms! I then googled and discovered that the main treatment for ringworms are an oral medication in addition to a shampoo or cream. She did not give him anything but a shampoo. I called back and explained what happened on a Thursday. They did not return my call til Friday after 4 PM. The receptionist explained to me that the vet would have to see my cat again before prescribing an oral medication. Are you kidding me? They wanted me to drive 2 hours round trip, possibly wait ANOTHER 4+ hours to be seen, when they had already seen him, knew what he had, and could have called in something or let me order something off of Chewy. They have no shame. If they knew they didn't give me the proper treatment they shouldn't have given me a hard time about giving me the wrong medication. Not to mention that they called me at the end of the day on Friday, so I guess they expected my poor cat to remain uncomfortable all weekend until they opened again. So unfair to leave an animal feeling uncomfortable. All in all I spent about $150, wasted over 6 hours when you factor in the time, and accomplished NOTHING other than my cat remaining sick and me getting ringworm as a result of him not being properly treated. Would not recommend. They are a "non-profit" who will pile on anything they can charge you for and not address whatever issue you go in there with.

I think it's unfair when people has a bad experience with this place they leave feedbacks and when someone has a great experience I am sure many out there they don't take time to share it. I had a great experience with Paws-2 Help. I am glad my friend who has two cats recommended it to me.
My cat Sofie had bad eye infection which didn't go away by itself. After couple of weeks it turned really bad with a dark discharge at that point she started losing her eyesight her eyeball turned to a grey mess. I booked in an appointment the first Vet was a female doctor who seemed very nice we got a bunch of medications one of it was an antibiotic ointment what I suppose to wipe it to the eyeball. After two weeks no improvement I took her back and asking for a new Vet for a second opinion. I am glad I did it his name was Dr. Blair he had a different approach he said it was an eyeball injury something scratched (probably when she was lizard hunting outside) her eyeball and that turned to an eye ulcer. His treatment recommendation was simple he told me just keep doing the ointment treatment and got a new eye drops too. It worked! Slowly her eye cleared up it took at least one month maybe more.
What I paid was very reasonable we have been there 3x I paid about $260 total with all medications and couple of little donations included in the amount each time when I paid I rounded up the last digit to the next tens. Somewhere else one visit would have been that much or more.
This visits was in the last year still not too late to leave feedback they deserve it. The Vet helpers are very nice too if my cat needs veternary help again I will go back. On the picture couple of months after the treatments Sofie's beautiful eyes.

I was new to area and I asked around about a place that I could afford to get my dog spayed for a reasonable price...

I was relieved because I had just moved back to the USA after I had to live in Canada for the last few years to take care of my Father and was short on funds due to the pandemic!

I was not aware that you were not a professional office but a place to get the pets needs met!

The price for your service is great but it comes at a high cost!

I brought Maisha into Paws2Help in December to get a vet to prescribe her flea and tick stuff because the US will not accept a Canadian vet prescription. At that time I gave them Maisha’s records and let them know that I would be back at a later date to get her fixed. When I picked her up they gave me her pills but not her records. So what I made the appointment for March 30th, I was clear that I wanted them back! Nobody returned my calls or emails. I show up at 8am foe surgery and I asked them to find my records. Then they said I had to pay $150 for her instead of the $100 as promised on the phone after I made a $50 deposit when I made the appointment. They then asked me for my the last 4 digits of my cc to check. Then they come out to say that I had to not only pay for $50 plus $145. They said because I don’t have proof of her rabies they have to give her another one. All the while I kept saying she has kennel cough. We waited 2 hours too go in and we were the first there and they let people go in front of us because nobody could find her records!! At this point, I was so tempted to go but I had no way of knowing I would get my money back let alone my records. This is not the way this should have been handled. The guy who came out to have me pay said well because you didn’t hand it to me, I can’t say you did” Wow! I’m grateful for what they do but this is a inhumane way of treating their clients in any way, shape or form!!
This place is a nightmare from hell!
After the surgery, I just spoke to Crystal on the phone who said that I originally spoke to Carla the supervisor when I made the appointment and who also took my $50 deposit and asked her even then to look for Maisha’s records.

Supposedly she is to call me back...

I’m not holding my breathe!

I’m so devastated beyond words!

Needless to say... I never heard back from Carla, was charged extra because they say she was in heat before they even looked at her and lost all her records and paid for services because I had no way of proving she didn't need it!

I trusted you to give my dog the utmost care!

I think you charged me extra because at the time you had no way of knowing I had paid a deposit. Wouldn't give me a wifi password to look it up in the bank account to prove it!

Again you hadn't even looked at her yet and had no sign of blood anywhere!

When I had made the appointment on the phone with your supervisor, Carla, who has yet to speak to me about this when I asked to speak to her many times!

I want an apology! Not only did you lose our records, treated with disrespect, charged us extra because they couldn't find my deposit and not taking responsibility for their actions!

I took great care to make sure when we moved from one country to the next that I had her records!

If I don't get an apology from Carla, I will let everyone know how We were treated!

Believe me, we will never recommend Paws2help!

Although you offer great prices, it comes with a high cost!

Do you have any idea what you have done??

I have no records for Maisha because of you!

Do you know what it will take to get them back? Have you tried calling people who don't speak English? And the records were what she was born with! This is like a passport!!

Not to mention, that you gave her a chip and a rabies shot she didn't need!

Who does that?

I took my 7 month old golden retriever to the lake worth location for the first time (I normally take her to better, more legitimate vets and she is usually so happy and friendly and willing to go inside) since I was just trying to find somewhere that was open on a Sunday to get some simple antibiotic eye drops. After waiting 2 hours, they finally came out to get her and she was scared, the male assistant came out and just threw a noose-like leash on her and started pulling her to the point he was not pulling her neck, he was obstructing her airway and I heard her struggling. I yelled at him to loosen it and not choke her. She was not fighting or anything, she was simply scared so was hesitant to go inside. She just needed a second. Another assistant came out and picked her up instead and she was barely through the door when I demanded they bring her back out and I would find somewhere else to go. They clearly do not care about animals there and I will never go here again. Probably better to just take your pet literally anywhere else.

I took my 7 year old Shih Tzu, Mishue to them because he was intermittently coughing and gagging. My dog did not present as being in need of emergency care when I handed him to them. He died in my lap 10 mins. after they handed him back to me as I tried to rush him to the Emergency Vet Hospital. They preformed tests that now in hindsight should have not been performed there but rather in an emergency room setting. A simple listen with the stethoscope would have told them his lungs were filled with fluid. They told me they needed to do X-rays which showed that his lungs were indeed filled with fluid. The doctor suspected congestive heart failure and stated they needed to do a blood test to confirm. At that point they should have released him to me and had me go to the hospital. instead they gave him oxygen and performed a blood test that showed my dog to be healthy in all other aspects. I blame myself for allowing the tests to continue, but at no point did I think my dog was on the verge of dying. I trusted that the vet knew what she was doing. After sitting in my car for 3 hrs. with no word after the blood test was performed, I asked to speak with the doctor for I could not sit in the car any longer. She suggested he be monitored overnight. She stated it was pneumonia, and he was weak, not at any point did she relay that he may not make it to the hospital.
I had a bill of $240 which is not high in my opinion to warrant what happened next. They told me the amount of the bill, and I realized I had left my credit card home. I had asked if I could take him to the emergency room and than call them with my credit card number to pay, explaining in my haste to get him to the vet I left home without it. They refused to release my dog, and stated I needed to drive home and get it while they monitored my dog. I explained I live 1/2 and hour away that would have been another hour. I pleaded please just let me get my baby to the emergency room and I promise I will call you and pay my bill. They refused and I was told he would only be released once the bill was paid! I finally was able to get ahold of a neighbor who had a key to my home and ask her to get the CC # to me. This took 45 min., 45 mins Mishue did not have. The fact that my dog lay there dying and they refused to release him to me so I could get him the help he needed over $240 is just unconscionable. Please take your animals somewhere else this place should be closed!!!! It is clearly about the money and the well being of your animal is not a priority. There should be no stars, but it wouldn't post without one. I am completely distraught!

Have been a client with my dogs and cats since their only clinic at the time was the Okeechobee Blvd. continue taking my family pets to the Forest Hill clinic. Although a great service to the community, I have experienced a practiced lately that goes against their mission to help the animals. Paid almost the whole amount, pending was $41. And my cat’s medication was withheld although I was coming the next day with the $41. Also they need to do pro bono, no charge, or accept payment at a later date since I am a retired Senior so animals with daré need of medical treatment get it, since they are a 501C as per the Internal Revenue.
I am writing to their Board of Directors as to help for my cat with an ear tumor, he needs to have it removed. I can pay on the 1st of the month but my cat needs the operation as soon as possible.
I am not a new client, They can see all my pets I have brought there and always the bill has been paid on the same day. I will pay for I put my pets’ health in high esteem, would I close the door to them been helped by not paying?
Come on Paws 2 Help you can honor your mission by putting the animals first, to take my cat home without the ear medication, that hurt, that was no help to my cat.

Took my dog for a rash and the male doctor, white man with grey hair, said it was one thing and it was not. It was irrelevant. Then when i went and followed up and told the same doctor he started getting defensive and verbally abusing me when i told him that his assumptions were wrong. They are a bunch of RIP offs. They don't really know what they are doing. They just want to keep giving your pets all kinds of meds and assume that will fix it. I'ts all a guessing game to them. They are not well educated and are very unorganized and unprofessional.

They botched my puppies surgery. Once they realized that my pup was dying on day 4 they told me to rush him to Jupiter ER. He had a 2nd emergency surgery there where the vets noted just how bad the surgery had been botched, even deemed it as inhumane. They asked paws 2 help to pay for the services provided and they have refused. My dog died on Jan 28 2020 due to the outright neglect of this surgeon. The COO doesn’t seem to care.

They murdered my fur baby. If you Google Paws2Help you will see there is an ongoing legal/IRS battle with this business because one of the founders dips into the money and over pays her vets and buys them Mercedes. There is also controversy about whether they service only low income people, or people who aren't. Looking back, I truly think, and I intend to get a lawyer about this and sue Paws-2-Help and Dr:can't use the middle age white woman's name, that my 13 year old ShihTzu dog, who presented in bad shape on 8/25/19, was left for 3 hours to go downhill in their waiting room, and become comatose and go into seizures because they wouldn't designate him "emergency", even though he presented with a 94% temp (normal is 101), and was to the point he couldn't walk. I looked like I did not need their "charity services", so they showed me! They told me if I didn't like it to take him to the animal hospital-which we all know would have been billed in the thousands. I told them if I could afford that I wouldn't have gone there in the first place! They stalled around until my dog was beyond the point of saving. FYI, I'm 67, make $877 social security. My yearly incomes shows me in "extremely low" bracket. However, several comments were made implying they thought I could afford a normal vet office. After allowing Charlie to go into seizures, there seemed to be nothing to do but put him to sleep and the vet couldn't even do that right. I had to watch while he gasped for air while she went to another room twice to get more drugs to kill him. I have been traumatized beyond belief and want justice for my dog and all the other animals Paws-2-Help screw over because the overpaid vets think they are God.
