Mission: PCH addresses the digital divide directly, making Internet, information, and communications services available to those who have not been able to afford them, or for whom they were too unreliable to be depended upon.
Programs: PCH provides training, equipment, and services at no cost to the organizations and engineers who are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the global communications infrastructure. These are more private-sector than public-sector, and evenly divided between not-for-profit and for-profit organizations.
