Had an appointment to get my female cat spayed, dropped her off at 8:20 AM, ten minutes early as the drop off time is 8:30. I was told to pick her up at 5PM, at 4:30PM I got a call that her surgery had not even been started yet, the clinic hours end at 5PM. She sat in her carrier for 8 hours and was never spayed. I asked who the vet was who was going to spay her and I was told that they would not give me that information, total lack of transparency, so the vet or whoever is doing these surgeries can make as many mistakes as they want, cut as many corners as they want without consequence at their identity is hidden by the organization. This organization seems to prioritize quantity of surgeries performed over quality of surgery and animal care. It would be interesting to see how many complications arise after their surgeries that require subsequent vet visits, which they do not provide.
