Payroll staff: almost impossible to get a response to a question. I've asked the same person a question via fax (email - phone unknown/not publicised).
The whole operation is stuck in the 20th century. As a participant, we submit out hours. Never get confirmation document received.
They use ADP but do not have it set up for electronic reporting. Participants have to wait 3-4 days after pay is deposited to receive a paper pay stub via USPS.
They are training us to work in the business sector yet they are backwards with little interaction with participants. Very unhappy. with the way the program is being run.

Was very disappointed with their program. They are all talk at helping older people get back to work. The Microsoft Training was excellent but the job assistance portion needs to be improved. The coordinator who handles that part of the program is unqualified. Once you complete the course you never hear from them. The type of job prospects are bottom feeder placement agencies. You don't get contacts at any agency nothing. Once they get their money they are happy. They are like all the under performing job training programs. All talk no action.

Now in the wake of the pandemic, our Employer Partner network is stronger than ever, and now includes expanded membership, coordination, and career-track, family-sustaining job placement with leading firms in the region's key employment sectors (e.g. health, insurance, banking and finance, biotech). Spread the word! Thanks, Todd
