Mission: Our mission is to enable persons with disabilities and their families to achieve their potential through self-determined goals in partnership with the agency. We will provide leadership in our community to develop the necessary human and financial resources to fulfill this mission.
Programs: Employment solutions - facility based employment opportunities occur in a variety of settings where rehabilitative and other clinical services are provided as well. Employment services works with individuals with disabilities preparing them for employment and assisting them with their job search so they are able to become contributing members of their local community. Employment services - provides job placement services to the local business community and to individual with disabilities, matching employer needs with employee skills and abilities. Individuals served - 846units of service - 84,377
day services - includes site based day habilitation services focusing on individual's needs. Services include therapies, community volunteer opportunities, and daily living skills. Indivuals served - 242units of service - 63,729
residential services - housing opportunities throughout the area are provided under varying degrees of staff supervision. Program strives to create a quality of life based on meaningful opportunities and self-determined outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Indivuals served - 150units of service - 45,171
