I have wanted to report this for the longest time. I am going copy & paste my review I left on Google a few days ago. Today was the last straw. I've begun to record interactions with them as well.

All of these negative reviews are very accurate! I have literally had to go there in person to make a very standard monthly telehealth appointment. (Any type of appointment has proved to be difficult, nearly impossible, also. The front desk staff is completely rude & disrespectful - 100% willing to go back at you if you get frustrated at their lack of "help" (if you dare to even consider what you get from them, "help".) Amanda literally told me "if you don't want the appointment, don't take it..i dont know what to tell you." She continued to argue back with me..then said, "well I'm new & my boss told me I don't have to deal with this and I can hang up!" And she did just that! When I showed up there about an hour later - her tune changed. "i don't know what your talking about. I never said that!" She then retreated to the back where I never saw her again. Unprofessional & disrespectful as can be on the phone - then it's a whole different tune in person. She ran away very quickly as to avoid any further engagement with me. No patient - especially a mental health patient, at that - should be treated with such disrespect, nasty & uncouth behavior...trust me when I tell you that they all act like that - Jasmine, Raquel the glorified "manager", Donna the nurse...this facility is the sorriest excuse for a place to get mental help at! Even the looks of the building are depressing - very old & dilapidated & uncared for. I've literally heard with my own ears, Raquel "the manager" talk bad & about a client that she was just on the phone with, as I stood right there! Completely victimized that person - who only wanted help! I would love to be a fly on the wall for their conversations about me! Last thing I'm going to mention about the lack of professionalism at the front is that they are likely straight out of high school, maybe even still in high school, they have not 1 bit of experience for their positions. Very unqualified for the field of work they chose. Zero concept that it requires a certain level of professionalism & class that they clearly don't possess. Patients are not people in the street that you argue & pick fights with..we have documented illnesses and we are coming to get help with them! They have exceedingly low levels of class & graceless attitudes that someone behind the desk at a mental health clinic should feel ashamed of! They make you feel like you're a bother. When I got no assistance for a 2nd, 3rd, & 4th time, I resorted to pressing the option for a crisis. Daniel seemingly must have been where those girls got their training from - he is no better! I explained what was going on during several different interactions with those at the front desk & he said, "well what do you want me to do?" I said, "excuse me?! You want me to tell you how to do your job? How about you call the supervisor of the entire NW ESSEX center, named Eucaris & tell her what is going on? That seems decently appropriate here." He said, "I don't have her number. I'll do something else. Take care." He then hung up. That "something else" ended up being nothing else! I went again in person to speak with Eucaris & she knew not a word of what happened with anybody I had interactions with! Nothing at all was told to her about anything I mentioned above! She does seem a bit more caring then everyone else, however, & she's the only one who got me the appointment I was trying to get over the past 2 months. But I had to tell her a few things about her behavior, too. Like how she never ever answers her phone - which she has strict instructions given to every employee - not to give out her number or extension! Can you imagine that? The supervisor of the entire program - doesn't want anyone to know her direct #, or even extension?! One time a girl slipped up & told me her extension and from there I was able to figure out her direct line - no front desk - no Daniel...just straight to Eucaris. I'm far from a dummy & even farther from someone that will take disrespect. She asked me how I got her number (I didn't tell her) & she confirmed that no one should have it. She went on to further tell me that she is "always in meeting" & she doesn't answer her phone "because it's broke. Lots of calls dont clme through. Im sorry about that." I said, "then what about all of the voice-mails I've left?" She said she never got any. This is the first she was hearing of this. Shortly after that she was beginning to answer my calls, which I only ever called due much of the same problems in the front. I had to threaten legal action, because all of this is definitely a far cry from being a dignified operational mental health facility! To further prove how Daniel, at the crisis line, never answers my calls or voicemails - She had me call the crisis line in front of her, several times - it only confirmed that Daniel refuses to answer my calls and still never returns my voice-mails. I'm outraged. How can a patient call the crisis line & get no response - time and time again. No answer & no call back after the numerous detailed messages I've left.

They do not care about their patients, which by the way, they refer to us as "clients" or "consumers". We are patients. Not clients, nor consumers.

Diane is the sole reason I stay there! I can't say enough nice things about her now.

Go ahead, see if these reviews are on true or if this many patients are not truthful. Your review will have similar experiences..I'm willing bet on it.

I would love to further discuss this with you. This charity should be ASHAMED of themselves! Look at the other reviews as well. This charity should never get a cent of funding ever again! It's far from even a mediocre operating mental health clinic!

Again, I'd love to discuss this further. Not sure I am allowed to leave my phone number or contact info, so it's a safer bet not to, as I am obliged to following rules.
