Mission: The mission of norris adolescent center is to strengthen youth and families by providing a circle of care, a continuum of education, support and treatment availability.
Programs: Norris residential program: the norris adolescent center is a multi-service treatment center which has a residential program which provides specialty treatment to adolescent males in the areas of anger management, sexuality, aoda, and mental health issues. The norris residential program is a licensed type ii facility. In addition, the center provides short-term treatment, assessment and stabilization services, day school and outpatient services.
fannie wells group home: the center has three group homes which are located on the norris campus. The fannie wells group home works with young men aged 13 to 16 and offers all single bedrooms along with a higher staff-client ratio. This program was discontinued in feb of 2016.
the berman house and schroeder house are each licensed to serve adolescent males ages 13 to 17. The berman house is an aoda recovery group home and the schroeder house is geared toward a strong emphasis with independent living skills. Services in both programs were ended in 2015.
