I can find no person that has benefited from this charity other than Mildred Collins, who is listed as the President, Clerk and Treasurer. The charity has no website, no pamphlets, no flyers and no other advertising that shows anyone what it is they do. When asked what her charity does, Ms. Collins (after being very evasive) told me that she "gives money to old people". A recent article in the Worcester Telegram & Gazette stated that "The tax-exempt charity, which lists no assets and doesn't have a website to promote its efforts, reported raising $97,000 in its most recent fiscal year, of which $55,000, or 57%, went to pay overhead and expenses such as rent, utilities, insurance and so on".
