Mission: Our mission is to ensure the people in the communities we serve get all the support they need, when they need it, no matter what. Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, professional training, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets the support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible. On July 6, 2021, New Beginnings Community Outreach Corp. Started its mobile soup kitchen in downtown Houston, Texas. Since then we have been serving hot meals, bag lunches, and beverages to the homeless and displaced community. Our food truck will be in these various locations throughout the week on a rotating schedule and will adjust the scheduling according to high traffic and high demand. We will offer other services on our menu accompanied by high-quality service and food offerings. We will use a combination of locally sourced ingredients, and ingredients donated by the food bank and food drives. The New Beginnings Community Outreach Food Truck will use a combination of marketing methods, including social media, flyers, and word of mouth. We also plan to partner with other local nonprofit organizations to get the word out about our food truck. We anticipate that we will reach a projected amount of roughly 78,000 in annual meals by the end of the first 12 months. By the end of the third year, we plan to reach a projected amount of 150,000 in annual meals.
