knowledge, learning, and conferences increasing the knowledge of park and recreation professionals and advocates of parks and recreation is an important part of the mission of nrpa the association annually offers schools and conferences in the area of park maintenance, revenue and risk management, conservation, event management, and executive development in addition to these focused educational activities, nrpa hosts an annual conference with over 6,500 attendees and about 100,000 nsf of exhibit space nrpa offers certifications for those involved with aquatic facilities, playground safety and the park and recreation professional in general.
