The previous reviewer is confused. The 61% Program Costs is what they work with. However, the Red Flag with this charity is the Fundraising Costs of 32%. Anything over 15-20% is unreasonable and indicates waste. Another problem is Donor Privacy; they are yellow/amber on this, which means they sell/give your information to other organizations/businesses. But the biggest Red Flag is a lack of independent audits on their financials. This is expected of all well-run, highly-rated charities.

I'm confused....after reading the expenses for this organization, I see that 99.9% of the contributions go to expenses such as administrative, program, etc. That would leave .1% as donations to work with. Plus, the CEO gets almost $200,000 per year. Are you kidding or am I reading this wrong??????
